Supercharge Your Scrum with Flow Metrics

How Flow Metrics can help make you more predictable and productive by applying 4 simple key metrics to your workflow.
Is your team answering the same three questions at the Daily Scrum but not seeing any work move? Are you overcommitting to every sprint and stuck with endless carry-over? Do your retrospectives feel like the same conversations with little impact?
Then your Scrum Team needs Flow Metrics!Applying Flow Metrics for Scrum will teach you not only how to identify how much work to plan but also how to accurately forecast when individual work will be done in a Scrum Team’s context. Predict delivery, deliver on time. The four key metrics to measure and track Flow are:
> WIP: The number of PBIs started but not finished.
> Cycle Time: The amount of elapsed time between when a work item started and when a work item finished.
> Work Item Age: The amount of elapsed time between when a work item started and the current time.
> Throughput: The number of PBIs finished per unit of time. Note the measurement of throughput is the exact count of PBIs.
